Cancellation Policy

The employing clinic acknowledges and accepts the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellation of any shift should be made at least 14 days before the shift

• Any shift cancelled within 7 days of the shift incur a flat fee of $75

• Cancellation within 48 hours will incur a flat fee of $125

• The fee will be invoiced with payment due within 30 days

• We reserve the right to cancel any shift due to inclement weather
